Your Vendor Manger can become certified with six hours of training through the Certified Third-Party Manager program. If your head of technology wants to understand how to apply artificial intelligence in your bank’s operation, becoming certified in artificial intelligence in banking is a wonderful start. Even the board members can get certified with a crawl, walk, run model where there are three levels of certification with each being only an hour in length.
