The CommunityBanker 12 ACB, for the first time ever, will celebrate the hardworking men and women who strive every day in their communities to make lives better and to make a difference. VACB will honor a Com- munity Banker of the Year and a Rising Star from one of our member banks in Virginia. The Associa- tion wants to recognize the exceptional work that happens every day in our local communities by the individual employees of VACB member commu- nity banks.
